NHS Golden Jubilee SACCS Improvement Project
Help the Scottish Congenital Cardiac Service (SACCS) improve their service
We have been requested to share the below on the NHS Golden Jubilee SACCS Improvement Project.
The NHS Golden Jubilee is launching an improvement project to ensure that the Scottish Adult Congenital Cardiac Service (SACCS) is as good as it can be for you. It is offering patients an opportunity to shape service development.
To do this, they want to understand your experience, what matters to you and what your ideal service would look like. As part of this process, they would welcome all feedback and suggestions. For this, they would like to ask for some of your time, but whether you get involved and how much time you give is up to you.
They are also keen to learn from the experience and ideas of your friends and family members that support you when accessing the service and would welcome their input too.
They will be conducting a survey, interviews, focus groups and questionnaires over the next few months and need input from as many people as possible to make the service the best it can be.
Please find attached poster and read the full patient information letter which provides an overview of the project including website/survey links and contact details for the project team.
