Hearts Together – Living with CHD

Annual Patient Event

Hearts Together is our annual event for young people and adults born with a heart condition to meet others who have CHD. Attendees enjoy talks from healthcare professionals and patients, and take part in workshops. There is also time to socialise and find out more about the support and services offered by Somerville Heart Foundation.

The event moves around the UK, taking place near one of the specialist CHD hospitals – in recent years we have been to Bristol, Glasgow and Leeds…watch this space to see where we’ll be in 2027!

For me as a family member, it is always really interesting to hear talks from healthcare professionals…Having access like this is very rare and I always find I learn something. For Grace as a CHD patient, the ability to meet other people who understand and socialise is great.
