Introducing Pat Ramsey, Manager of Ipswich Disabled Advice Bureau.

The organisation started as a drop-in advising about welfare benefits. After the changes to benefits in the 1990s, this became a major part of their work.

At our ‘Exploring Benefits’ webinar Pat will talk about some of the welfare benefits available, eligibility and the points system on which awards are based. She will also explore other areas such as Health and Care or Occupational Therapy Assessments, the ‘bedroom tax’, and adaptations and VAT.
